The Plan

You will have three shakes and two light meals a day. We suggest an early morning shake then a mid-morning shake, followed by a light lunch and another shake in the mid-afternoon. Eat a light dinner, early. Take the supplements with each meal.

The Cleanse plan supplies balanced nutrition throughout the day, providing everything you need to feel nutritionally supported at all times during your cleanse. Avoiding harmful foods and drinks, will naturally lead to newer healthy habits.

The plan is to boost your body's natural ability to heal and more effectively rid itself of accumulated toxins, creating a heightened sense of wellbeing. You can expect to feel like you just hit the restart button - lighter, more energetic and more mentally focused.

Cleanse is not just about cutting out irritants and harmful foods, but also about replenishing it with vital nutrients from fresh, wholesome, unprocessed food. We do not prescribe a standard diet since each of us is so different - to get on the right track just follow our dietary do’s and don’ts and our shopping guidelines. Our delicious recipes and snacks are packed with nutritional goodness.

Since sugar is a major no-no, use the glutamine capsules to help you stave off sugar cravings – they work best when taken between meals.

A glass of filtered, warm water with a few drops of lemon juice first thing in the morning will prime your system. Drink lots of water during the day to keep flushing your system.

Follow these easy-to-do exercises to invigorate and mobilize and the body.

Restorative yoga poses are specifically chosen to energize the body and assist with detox. The release exercises with tennis balls are simple, but effective, helping to relieve muscular tension built up during the day. Use the mindful breathing exercise to calm the mind, body and spirit.



Unplug, prepare yourself for sleep, create an electronic detox – switch off TV's and computers about an hour before going to bed. Create a sleep routine and stick to it, your body-clock thrives on regularity. Waking up and going to bed at about the same time every day is the most important thing you can do to establish good sleep habits.
