Sleep

Combining botanicals such as valerian, passion flower, lemon balm and chamomile with key hormones and amino acids, this powerhouse formula relaxes the body for a better night's sleep. Without the side effects of prescription drugs and without affecting daytime alertness.

PharmaGABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) this new, natural form of GABA made from lactobacillus hilgardii, promotes relaxation by quelling over-stimulated nerve cells.

L-theanine helps form GABA, the main amino acid found in green tea, known for its ability to calm without compromising mental clarity.

Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that is released in cycles throughout the day to synchronize our circadian rhythms, so that we are alert during the day and at rest during the night.

5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), is a building block of melatonin and converts to serotonin, the “feel good” hormone.

Pyridoxyl 5-phosphate, a form of Vitamin B6, transforms 5-HTP to serotonin, the “feel-good” hormone.
