Clementine Segments dipped in Dark Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 4 clementines
  • 16 ounces dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup toasted chopped almonds

Method:

1. Peel and segment the clementines.

2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

3. Dip the Clementine segments into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with toasted chopped almonds or shredded unsweetened coconut.

Banana Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Method:

In a food processor, combine all ingredients, and process until well blended, smooth, and creamy. Serve immediately or refreeze for later.
