The Basics
This easy to mix unsweetened fiber supplement provides an ideal mix of soluble and insoluble fibers. This balanced blend (from fruits, vegetables, roots, seeds and tree extracts), emphasizes soluble fiber – because that’s the one we find hard to get in our diets.
Adding more fiber to your diet promotes:
- A prolonged sense of fullness between meals and a reduced appetite
- The growth of friendly bacteria
- Elimination of toxins
- Good bowel movements
- Digestive and gastrointestinal health
- Cardiovascular health
Be Well Fiber is fortified with Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacteria Longum probiotics – to further support stomach health.
