Complete Multivitamin

The Basics

This complete multi is a copper and iron-free powerhouse combination of professional level ingredients to ensure that your most important nutritional needs are always being met.

It provides the essential nutrients that Dr. Lipman finds are most often missing from our diets, even if we eat well. Offering a huge array of health benefits, these premium quality ingredients are easily absorbed by your body for maximum impact on your health.

What it does

High gamma tocopherol vitamin E has exceptional antioxidant properties and supports both heart health and prostate health

Natural mixed carotenoids from the palm tree fruit are the best source of preformed vitamin A, which helps fight viral infection and promotes eye health

Vitamin B protects your body against stress—most people with high stress levels are deficient in vitamin B, and this supplement contains the ideal form of vitamin B12 along with all the other B vitamins

500 IU of vitamin D supports healthy bones, enhances muscle performance and helps protect against inflammation and cancer activity

Selenium and iodine in balance help promote optimal thyroid activity

This potent blend also includes many ingredients not found in most multivitamins

Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant that protects your body from free-radical damage, which has been linked to aging and chronic illness

TMG helps protect the liver and has been shown to raise SAM-e levels, which support mood and brain health

Fruit bioflavonoids help boost your body’s ability to absorb vitamin C

Choline helps support brain health and memory and it has been shown to protect against liver damage and lower cholesterol levels associated with cardiovascular disease

Inositol works to balance the chemicals in your brain, providing support against panic disorders, depression, and polycystic ovary syndrome

Albion-chelated minerals are readily absorbed by your system
