  • Keeps you feeling full when you need a quick snack or pick-me-up
  • Amino Acids support healthy metabolism
  • Significant amounts of vitamins and minerals for overall health and wellness
  • Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegetarian

How to take it

Blend one packet into a smoothie or mix with 8–12 oz. water, coconut water or non-dairy milk (almond, hemp, rice or coconut). Try some different combinations, simply adjust to your taste.

Boost your shake

The shakes are awesome!
Review by jl
I love and use several of the Be Well products every day! The shakes are by far my favorite. I start every day with a shake and add veggies, some fruit, protein powder and a healthy fat. Keeps me satiated for hours and i know it's a healthy way to start off my day! (Posted on 7/31/2016)
Delicious
Review by Dana K
I really enjoy having these sakes in the morning. They have a light berry flavor. I mix with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Hits the spot after a tough workout. (Posted on 6/30/2016)
Still Love Them
Review by RM
I prefer the old version, but the new shakes are still good. I don't add anything else with the shakes. They're good enough to drink with just water. (Posted on 6/6/2016)
Love Love Love
Review by Karen Bruno
The Be Well cleanse shakes are what I need in the morning to keep me going all day, I love all of Dr Lipman products ... (Posted on 6/5/2016)
Finally...the taste is perfect!
Review by Melanie
I just ordered a new box of the cleanse shakes and they are really delicious. During the winter cleanse, the shakes were way too sweet and I was told "the next batch" would have the stevia cut back 50%. Apparently this has happened and they are 100% better and quite terrific. In the morning, I blender my shake mix with 1 cup of unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk, 2 t. of Be Well MCT oil, 1 cup of Kale, 3/4 cup water and 3 ice cubes. Perfect way to start the day! (Posted on 5/17/2016)
love the cleanse, love be well!
Review by jeri lynn
I have done the cleanse many times. these shakes help me stay honest and sane in between cleanses. I usually have one (or a half) w/my smoothie every morning. they are filling and pretty tasty! plus, they are sweeter now, so I go easy on the fruits and add more veggies to my morning smoothie--which is even better! (Posted on 4/23/2016)
Accepting Change
Review by Carol Capper
I had been using the Cleanse shakes since doing the cleanse last winter and loved them. The new taste wasn't what I expected so I thought about returning them. I decided to try the shake once more & now am so glad I did. It really is great & has become an even better breakfast routine! Lesson learned: Be open to change -especially when it comes from Dr. Lipman! (Posted on 1/6/2016)

Review by Charlotte Kim
I do not like the taste of the new Cleanse shake compared to the older version. The new version is too sweet! Wish we could get the old ones back. (Posted on 12/8/2015)
Love My Mornings
Review by Christine Glavey
My mornings are much more streamlined due to the Cleanse and then sticking with the shakes after the cleanse. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and my blood sugar readings have been incredible!! (Posted on 10/30/2015)
